Equipment

  • 1 Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Stainless Steel Measuring Cups
  • 1 Stainless Steel Magnetic Measuring Spoon Set Dual Sided
  • 1 Wooden Spoon

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Cassava flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds optional, omit for AIP
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • cup Warm water

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a stainless steel bowl and combine into a dough ball
  • Cook in a frying pan without oil for a couple of minutes then flip and cook the other side.
  • Place on a plate and cover with a tea towel for a few minutes to keep the wrap soft.
