Banana Sticks (AIP,Paleo,Vegan,GF,DF)

This is a healthy banana snack that is cooked in the oven for an hour.

Equipment

  • 1 Baking Paper
  • 1 Baking Tray
  • 1 Stainless Steel Spatula

Ingredients

  • 2 Lady Finger Bananas or Monkoy Banana
  • 2 Banana's

Instructions

  • Peel the banana's and then cut them length ways.
  • Turn the oven on to 140℃/284℉ to heat up.
  • Now put them on baking paper and then on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Now flip the banana pieces over and cook for another 20 minutes.
  • Now turn the oven up to 180℃/356℉ and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Now flip then over and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • They are now ready to eat.
