This is a delicious and simple recipe to make when you are stuck for something to make for lunch or even dinner and can be made in less than 30 minutes.

Equipment

  • 1 Carbon Steele Frying Pan
  • 1 Stainless Steel Spatula
  • 1 Sandwhich Press

Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado dip see Avocado Dip recipe from website
  • 4 rashes Bacon
  • 1 Chicken Breast Fillet
  • 2 Casaava Wraps see Cassava Wrap recipe on website

Instructions

  • Cut up the bacon into small pieces and cook in a carbon steel frying pan with some olive oil.
  • Cut up the chicken into small pieces and add to the bacon to cook on a high heat it will take about 10 minutes until they start to crisp up.
  • Now make the avocado dip from my website. It only takes 10 minutes to make.
  • Now make the cassava wrap from my website. It only takes 10 minutes to make.
  • Put one wrapper on the sandwhich press, then spread some avocado dip on the wrapper, then add the bacon and chicken mixture on top of the avocado.
  • Now put the second wrapper on top and close the lid and toast.Toast for 5 minutes
