AIP Toastie (AIP,Paleo,GF,DF)
This is a delicious and simple recipe to make when you are stuck for something to make for lunch or even dinner and can be made in less than 30 minutes.

- 1 Avocado dip see Avocado Dip recipe from website
- 4 rashes Bacon
- 1 Chicken Breast Fillet
- 2 Casaava Wraps see Cassava Wrap recipe on website
Cut up the bacon into small pieces and cook in a carbon steel frying pan with some olive oil.
Cut up the chicken into small pieces and add to the bacon to cook on a high heat it will take about 10 minutes until they start to crisp up.
Now make the avocado dip from my website. It only takes 10 minutes to make.
Now make the cassava wrap from my website. It only takes 10 minutes to make.
Put one wrapper on the sandwhich press, then spread some avocado dip on the wrapper, then add the bacon and chicken mixture on top of the avocado.
Now put the second wrapper on top and close the lid and toast.Toast for 5 minutes
